The article is devoted to the separation of legislative discourse among other types legal discourse. specifics speaker and addressee in are characterized, its communicative purpose determined. typology speech genres Ukrainian communication presented. Speech such as law, constitution, decree, code bylaw analyzed. Linguo-pragmatic parameters were chosen criteria for – intention positions addressee. main acts linguistic features characterized.
